Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin NE - Hutto by IHG

The staff were so helpful, even drying and folding my clothes after the hotel dryer stopped working. I stayed for a music festival and had a great time here. My room was clean and up to date, with a comfy bed and pillows. If I need a hotel around here again, this is where I’ll stay.

The morning breakfast is consistently top-notch, and the young woman overseeing it is welcoming. Jeni and her staff are professional and friendly, the desk team is always helpful, and housekeeping does excellent work. I stay here exclusively during my long-term work in the area, and they treat me like family. After trying several HIEX locations, this has become my go-to and will stay that way. Other nearby properties rated below five stars could learn from how this team runs things. These folks deserve five stars. Stores, retail spots, and restaurant chains are right across the road, with easy access from the hotel just off the main highway. It’s a convenient base for Hutto, Taylor, Round Rock, and Georgetown. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. And to be clear, I wrote every word of this review myself, with no AI involved.

After 10 days here, I’d call it an amazing hotel and would eat here again in the future. Some parts of the room are showing their age, like the chair arm foam, which was picked to hell.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel was spotless and well organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.
