Della, an eBay employee, worked hard to keep the place clean and safe, and I’m very grateful for that. On this visit, the hotel accommodations made me happy, as they have during my past stays in Columbia, South Carolina. When I asked for a razor, staff gave me one and complimentary shaving cream. I returned the cream because I prefer soap. I’m giving the hotel five stars and wanted to say thanks for a wonderful extended stay. I look forward to coming back. I also got to take part in a video shoot with Mr. Smith, also known as Boss Money, for Moolah Baby, then had a pleasant time at Mahogany's. Sincerely, Jacksonville Rapper, Natalac.

I drove home without ever getting a room. I’d arrived around 1:30 AM after a show, exhausted, expecting to check in to the room I’d already paid for through Booking.com. The hotel told me I’d have to pay again. Booking.com’s representative called them while I was there, and the hotel gave them the same answer. After a long night and paying in good faith, I was left with no room, no solution and no accountability. That’s unacceptable and disrespectful to a paying customer. If there’s a problem with the hotel’s system, I shouldn’t have to fix it by paying twice. I expect a full refund and will keep following up until it’s resolved. Don’t put yourself through the stress and confusion. Book somewhere else. Do better.

We’ve really enjoyed staying here, and everyone we’ve met on staff has treated us well. Della especially deserves high praise for being prompt, informative and helpful, with friendly, professional advice.

The kitchenette was handy and my room was comfortable. Extended Stay America Suites Columbia, Greystone had fresh, tidy interiors after a nice renovation, and the reception staff were warm and friendly. Check-in went smoothly. It’s budget-friendly and well located, so I’d recommend it.
