Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Columbia Harbison

GM Vishal Sagded and Shirlena were kind, helpful, and a pleasure to talk with. The Fairfield staff went out of their way to make my wife, our three kids, and me feel welcome. We were comfortable in our rooms, had plenty of linens, and enjoyed breakfast. This was a great road trip find and a blessing for us. It made the trip much easier, and I said I’d post a review, so here it is. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll stop here again on future trips.

My family and I had a great short stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and warm, including the GM, front desk staff Shalena, and the breakfast lady. It felt like home for a little while.

The breakfast was the best part for my family. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, sausage biscuits, a toppings bar, yogurt, milk, four juices, fresh fruit, bagels, bread, and muffins. We loaded up before getting back on the road. There are stores nearby that you can walk to, and the mall was beautiful. The hotel was quiet, without loud traffic bothering us. GM Vishal Sagded was more than accommodating. We have three small children, and he booked us a great room with them in mind and made check-in work perfectly. The price was great for what Fairfield provides. The rooms are spacious with lots of TV channels, plenty of counter space, and a working microwave and refrigerator. Fresh water, tea, and coffee are up front; there’s also a snack bar, a clean workout room, and a filtered water cooler. The shower and tub had great water pressure. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and both heavy and light blankets. The space was clean, and the parking lot was well lit. We were lucky to have Shirlena on the night staff. She was pleasant and accommodating with our kids, and even prayed with my three-year-old son. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Ten stars!
