I booked two beds directly through their website, brought both kids, and came early so we could swim. The pool is permanently closed, but the website doesn’t say that. Now we’re stuck in the room for hours, and I could’ve left one kid at home and spent much less at another hotel. Breakfast starts late compared with normal hotels, and we have to leave 30 minutes before it opens, so we can’t get any. I can’t get a refund, and Choice Hotels won’t switch me to a hotel with a pool. I wasted time and money, and the front desk staff need to learn customer service and lose the RBF. The front desk employee was rude too.

Really clean, with everything in its place. Breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, different kinds of toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and good coffee ^_^. There’s an indoor pool too. The employees were very nice and polite.

The next morning, the breakfast attendant kindly helped us when the waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working, making sure both our girls got a hot waffle before school. It may sound small, but it meant a lot to the kids, who were worried about home. Thanks to the staff for making a rough time a little easier. Our basement had flooded and we couldn’t use any water, so we were lucky to find the last room available on 9/18/25. We arrived after 9 p.m. worried and frustrated, but the front desk clerk was smiling and friendly. The room was clean and cool, the fridge worked, and the shower was hot. It was exactly what we needed on a bad day.

The hotel might be semi decent, but the front desk staff are extremely rude. The woman at reception has a terrible attitude, and the manager lets employees talk down to customers. Don’t waste your money or get stuck here. When you read the reviews, pay attention to all the complaints about the staff and take your business elsewhere.
