The room was very clean and hygienic, and the place felt calm, quiet, safe, and clean as soon as we arrived. It feels like a second home, and we often come here while traveling. The staff provide very good service, and the housekeeping team is great. There are good breakfast options too. Highly recommend.

My room was fine except the shower barely produced a tiny stream even at full power, and the water was freezing cold. When I asked at checkout for an extra hour because I had no appointment until later, the front desk worker said no because the hotel was very booked and needed the room. I didn’t see a single other guest during my stay, and there was never more than one other car in the lot. I stayed alone for four nights on a work trip. My company was supposed to pay, but somehow didn’t, so the card I thought I’d given for a security deposit was charged $400. Around midnight I went to the desk to sort it out, but nobody came to help until the front desk worker’s alarm went off and he woke from his nap. He was demeaning and rude. He asked, “why do you care if you’re just going to get reimbursed?” and wouldn’t let me switch cards so my company could pay. I had to wait four days for reimbursement and take the hit to my bank account in the meantime. I understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault my company forgot to pay, and I went to talk to the desk calmly and respectfully. The worker kept being rude and trying to escalate things. I’ve never left a bad review before, but this was a horrible experience.

This is my usual hotel when I travel because the location and price are convenient. The staff are accommodating, and P is always a lovely person to meet, smiling and making check-in easy. I do bring my own pillows, though, since the ones there are pretty small.

It feels like my home away from home, and I’ve had a five-star stay every single time. The hotel is clean, quiet, and respectful of guests’ privacy. I just checked in, and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful, as always, making sure I had the information I needed. This has been my go-to for a while.
