The rooms and hallways smelled freshly sanitized, and everything seemed clean. We were traveling with a baby, and the staff were kind and understanding when we needed the microwave to warm his milk. An outlet kept tripping and shutting it off, but someone from the desk came to fix it in under five minutes. They also let us arrange early check-in by phone, kept breakfast available past its scheduled time, and were friendly when I asked for extra towels late at night. We’ll stay here again for the winter events next year. Thanks for being so kind to us.

The beds were neat and comfortable, and the rooms were really clean with nice features. Staff were friendly and accommodating around the clock. Breakfast was great every day.

The older man working the night check-in was so sweet. The room itself was fine, but I noticed hair in the shower and on the bathroom counter. There are also some things that need attention: peeling ceiling paint in several places, baseboards coming loose from the wall with mildew showing, and a shower drain that doesn't work very well. It didn't keep me from sleeping, but for a paying guest it was noticeable, and felt more like a two-star hotel. A good scrub and fresh paint could take care of much of it.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was quiet enough with a comfortable bed. The bathroom looked dated, though everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast choices were pretty sad, but at least they had breakfast.

The staff were pleasant and easy to talk to, especially since I had little but complaints. My first room was so dirty that I didn't feel I could put anything down. I asked to move, but the next room was just as bad, so I checked out early. The rooms and hallways both felt dirty, and the whole property needs a deep clean and sanitation. I'd stayed at a La Quinta in another state before and had a nice experience, so I expected better.
