Olentangy Inn

The rooms are cute and clean, the customer service was amazing, and the location was close to everything I wanted. But the walls seem paper thin. My neighbors weren't even loud, yet I could make out their conversation word for word. I had to use earplugs and the sound maker in the room. If you're a heavy sleeper and don't mind hearing what your neighbors are doing or saying, you'll be fine.

The hotel felt clean, modern, and well kept, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The lobby had a relaxed, positive feel, helped along by a friendly, attentive bartender. At check-in, the gentleman at the front desk was especially attentive and professional, and made me feel welcome right away. Everyone I met was welcoming, and the front desk service really set the tone for my stay. I'll be coming back to Aloft Columbus University District.

I had a great one-night stay at Aloft University District. The hotel has a refreshed look, and my room was clean with a layout that felt different from a standard hotel room. I used the rec room twice; it had everything you need. The bartender was awesome that night. Downtown isn't quite walkable, but anything you need is a short drive away.

We had several people coming into town and needed rooms at the last minute, so we found this property. It turned out to be a great experience: clean rooms, a quiet area, and great staff. Betsy at the front desk went out of her way to look after us. Customer service is alive and well here. Thanks to Aloft, Marriott, and especially the team at Columbus University District.
