The room was worn and had damaged furniture, which made the deposit dispute even more frustrating. I paid $100 for the room, $50 for early check-in, and a $100 deposit, $250 total. After checkout, the hotel kept the deposit, saying there was damage to the linens. Management first promised to refund $50 within 7-10 days, but never did and stopped answering my emails. I eventually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a resolution. Only after the BBB got involved did the hotel agree to return $65. I accepted it to close the matter, though it was much less than the full amount taken and took an unnecessary escalation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The lobby smelled really pleasant, and the rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I had an excellent stay and would recommend this place to anyone passing through.

The location was the one good thing about this hotel. The rooms need a lot of updating, the beds are old and cheap, and the bathroom was so tiny I couldn’t even raise my arms in it. When I checked in, the smoke detector was covered with a bag. A worker told me one price, then I was charged something else, and I wasn’t happy about paying a ridiculous amount for this place.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and respectful. Antonio, the Houseman, was especially helpful.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, but getting around in an RV or with a trailer would be tough because the parking lot isn't suited to that. The elevator and ice machine were both out of order, and there wasn't a vending machine or shop.
