We had to stay here for two weeks during a military move, and it was horrific. The front desk manager said she’d only give us clean towels if we brought our dirty ones to the desk, after housekeeping once again failed to come to our room. We had to beg to have trash taken out and towels replaced. Housekeeping didn’t service the room at all, then rolled their eyes when we asked them to do their job. There’s still a wad of hair in the bathroom from before check-in. I asked from day one to have it cleaned and have pictures to show. On the fourth floor, there was no hot water unless we ran all the showers and faucets. Staff, including the breakfast lady, were rude and gave us evil stares for having children. This was a terrible experience while relocating. I highly recommend not staying here. Shitty hotel with shitty workers. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If you’re a business traveler looking for an extended stay, run. We were here for several days without issues and paid on time. On our final day, an unforeseen business issue meant we were an hour late checking out. We took responsibility, went straight to the hotel to sort it out, and offered to pay for another night. Instead, we were treated like common criminals, almost like vagabonds. Business problems happen, as most business people know, and we acknowledged ours and tried to fix it right away. Don’t expect this place to work with you as a business partner.

I couldn’t sleep at all last night, 9-16-25, because the showers and toilets in the rooms next to mine were so loud. I recorded the noises in room# 215. I told Dee in management, who said she’d informed general manager Lora Little, but Lora never called to hear the recordings or speak with me. Dee said no other guests had complained, which I find hard to believe given how loud it was. Dee said Lora was on the property but had left. Why not call before leaving? That would’ve been good customer service. I tried to resolve these issues with the managers before writing this, but once they had my money, it seemed they didn’t care whether I could sleep in a hotel that’s supposed to be for sleeping. Check-in was a long wait because, according to Dee, the guy left alone at the desk had only worked there five times. I don’t know why he was left by himself when he wasn’t trained. There were other concerns I raised with Dee, but all I was offered was $20 off a room. That was awful customer service when I hadn’t slept at all. I should’ve been given another room, since I didn’t get what I paid for. The sofa and dining chairs were stained, the sofa pillow was old, the shower wall and washcloths had stains, items were piled in the hallway, and the toilet holder was on the floor. The overnight clerk, though, was very nice and welcoming. Give them a raise. I could’ve posted this on social media, where I have a huge following, but hurting the business isn’t my goal even though they showed they didn’t care about me or my sleep. I don’t like making complaints, but this was unacceptable. I recommend writing the Better Business Bureau and/or the Consumer Protection Bureau because the managers have no customer service or management skills.

The two-bedroom suite is outstanding for families with three or fewer teens, maybe four if they get along, ha, who am I kidding. There’s a typical pup fee, but beyond that the place is very pup friendly. Cj at the desk made check-in easy. Staying here again.
