The noise went on all night, with people drinking in the hall, arguing on their phones, and banging things around. The room vibrated. There was snow piled at the entrance, and the sidewalks and parking spaces hadn't been cleared. I arrived for check-in at 5pm and was met with an unfriendly attitude. I asked about extended stays and got no information. There was no cart for my things, and I lost my new job because of this stay. I finally got my first room by 9:45 pm, then found cockroaches crawling on my dinners. I had to throw away snacks, open food, and dry goods. At the desk, they said they spray every Thursday. When I said that sounded like an infestation, the clerk denied it. I moved to another room, which took an hour of repacking, and found the floor covered in dead roaches. I complained again, but it was late, so I cleaned them up myself. After settling down, I slept for maybe half an hour before waking with a roach crawling over my forehead. I jumped up and watched others scurry away. I couldn't sleep after that and was afraid to put my baskets of clothes and food totes in the car. I finally left at 7am. The front desk window had a steel door closed all night, and in the morning the staff again said they spray every Thursday, which means they're infested. They gave me a hard time over receipts, then disappeared from the window after I'd packed the car. I stood there calling hello repeatedly, but nobody came to take my key. On the three-hour drive home, I found half-dead roaches in my shirt pocket. I had to strip outside in the snow, bug bomb my vehicles, and spread clean clothes on the ground to wash them all again. I found more roaches, alive and half-dead. I lost $60.00 worth of food, got no sleep, and couldn't function the next day. I do dangerous work and need rest.

The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean, and the location excellent. Parking, though, is a serious problem: good spots are scarce and very narrow, and car break-ins are common. The nighttime security and cameras don't seem effective, and management takes no responsibility for damage or lost property. If you care about your vehicle and peace of mind, avoid this motel.

During a widespread blackout, I was told there was a room available and made arrangements for my kids. When we got there, the front desk employee, dressed in pajamas and house shoes, gave me a side eye, said, “I don’t know why they’re telling people there’s rooms were sold out,” and walked away. I've called twice and been put on hold without any explanation. This is the worst hotel experience I've had.

Thanks, Alex. The staff were very nice, and the location was good. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, with a big fridge, a big microwave, and a stovetop. There's also a large laundry room on site.
