I’m definitely going to report this motel for discrimination. They clearly had more than one room available, but refused to rent one to me and my 8yr daughter. The guy working didn’t speak any English, so he called someone. That person was very rude and refused us simply because of my race. With all the shit going on in the world, the nerve of some people.

Roaches were all over this place, even though they’d tried to clean it up. One dropped from the curtain when I closed it, and there were roaches on the bathroom towels. I couldn’t stay and just left without even asking for my money back. I’m squeamish about bugs, and worried I’d take some stowaways with me if I stayed.

The room was reasonably clean, and the motel was good. There were a few burn holes in the blankets, but it wasn’t too bad.

UPDATE: Management tried to deny my refund. I sent PHOTOS to my booking agent, and THEY fought for me. That ended a really irritating experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The staff were good, but that doesn’t make up for the bedbugs. I don’t make a claim like that lightly. I still don’t know whether my charges will be reversed.

This motel badly needs an upgrade and a paint job. The room smelled funky, and there were dead bugs. The hot and cold shower labels were switched. My family and I didn’t like staying here at all.
