Economy Inn

We were quoted $75 for one night in a two-bed room, then charged $93 after taxes. The bed was the worst I've slept on, just box springs with no mattress. No shampoo, plastic drinking cups, or other extras. There were leftover liquor bottles in our room, and the liquor store in the parking lot stayed loud until it closed. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

We stopped around 2 a.m. hoping to rest and shower, but did neither. There was no hot water, and the place stunk. Roaches, stains, dirt, spiderwebs. I was so uncomfortable I stayed awake while my husband got some rest. DO NOT stay here!!

The location is a big plus. It's right by the interstate exit, with a convenience store and liquor store in the lot, a gas station around the corner, and McDonald's behind the motel. It felt surprisingly quiet and relaxing around there, though we heard people making noise in the parking lot late at night. I'd come back on short notice. The price was $80 even though the website showed $65, which left me confused. The rooms were decently clean, but the bathroom had no towels or soap, and there weren't even coffee pots in the rooms.

We decided not to stay and ate the cost, since there was no refund offered. The smell alone made us want to leave, but we looked around for a reason to give it a chance. Then we spotted a speck of blood above the bed and were done. It had a strange vibe, and you could tell the staff didn't care about the place. They weren't rude, though. It's SEEDYYYYY, RUNNNNNNN! I can't imagine they'll use the money to improve those rooms. We went down the road to the Quality Inn instead, and it felt so much better on arrival.
