Best Western Concord Inn & Suites

The staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and helpful, and they were the best part of my stay. The room had a noticeable smell, like water mixed with cigarette smoke, and it was hard to feel comfortable. The whole place seemed more like a basic roadside motel than a hotel charging premium rates. For what you get, I found it extremely overpriced. The experience felt like two stars at best, even though the rates were similar to what I usually pay for four- or five-star hotels. If I could choose again, I’d look nearer the airport or in nearby areas where there seem to be newer, better-quality hotels at more reasonable prices. I learned my lesson. The people were lovely, but I wouldn’t stay here again at this price.

Breakfast is offered, and there’s an exercise room plus a nice pool and spa area. The staff were very friendly, especially Charlie, who was great at the front desk. It was fairly easy to get to and leave the location. Our room was a good size, with a fridge, microwave, large counter, and a sink separate from the bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable enough.

My truck broke down, and the company put me up here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and breakfast was served every morning. Since I was stuck in the area, I was happy with my stay.

This place was horrible. The room smelled like armpits and mold, and breakfast seemed about three days old. The potatoes tasted like they’d been served the day before, then reheated from the day before that. Other locations of this hotel usually have cookies out, but this one didn’t.
