I came to NC to be with my sister, and after she passed away I needed a change of scenery. Everyone at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in, and the customer service was excellent. They even gave me a sympathy card. My room felt clean and peaceful. The breakfast was great, and every person I met was friendly. The exercise room, elevators, and hallways were spotless too. This will definitely be my go-to when I visit NC.

The hotel was fairly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But a decent bed and shower matter to me, and both let me down. The mattress sagged on both sides and was hard. I stayed three nights and woke up sore and stiff each morning. I didn’t ask to move because I’ve had bad mattresses at other Homewood Suites, and my business travel requires me to stay here. The shower had a cheap plastic head with about five settings, but none rinsed the shampoo out of my hair. Water splattered everywhere whichever setting I used.

We had a great stay at homewood suites. The staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we crossed paths. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable I wished we’d booked another night. Breakfast was delicious, and parking was free. We’ll absolutely come back.

We were here for business, and my colleagues and I all enjoyed the stay. Huge shoutout to GERMAN for taking care of us from start to finish. The service was excellent, and he was a real joy. Thanks to Sharon and the rest of the staff who prepared our meals, too. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

We’re staying a second night because we liked it so much. The room was huge, and they welcomed our 120 lb German Shepherd. We were among the first guests since the place is brand new, and our room was on the fifth floor. Breakfast was big and delicious, with good coffee too. Great stop in Concord North Carolina, highly recommend it 🤩👌
