The size and upkeep impressed me right away. I walked in and immediately thought, “I could stay here.” I ended up staying seven months, and it was better than the other extended-stay places I’ve used. Melinda, the manager, is professional and points you in the right direction. Really cool place, and I don’t regret choosing it.

Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. I felt safe here, and it was very clean. Ms Melinda makes sure your stay is comfortable and does a phenomenal job managing the place. Keep being great at what you do, Ms Melinda!

My two teenage boys and I stayed for a few months without any problems. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped, and cleaned regularly, so I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Ms. Melinda is very accommodating and helps make things comfortable for everyone. If she approaches you, it’s because she’s protecting the dignity of the establishment, as I understand from reading some reviews. I drive across the country and have stayed at several extended-stay places. This one is easily the best. When I’m back in the Concord area, I’ll stay here again.
