I stay here often, and they welcome me like family every time. The front desk team is pleasant and professional. Michelle is especially helpful, and it’s clear Zack manages the place well. The housekeeping staff are friendly, and Fina does a great job. It may not be the most luxurious hotel around, but it’s well kept and maintained.

I usually stick to top tier Marriott hotels, but tried this one based just on its location and price. It was the cheapest in concord while I was there, and the room was clean and quiet. I could control the temperature myself, which matters to me. Staff were friendly without putting on an act, and the common man restaurant is right next door. I’ve spent much more for a lot less. Some simple things fancy hotels miss, this place got right. I’ll be back for my next business trip. Sincerely, a former Marriott (Gaylord brand) employee, now attorney.

The room was clean, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for more than a night. It smelled like smoke, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the shower didn’t work right. The curtains wouldn’t close, so people outside could see into the room. Breakfast runs until 9am, but by 8:30 the staff had stopped checking on it or refilling things.

I gave this Fairfield another chance after a bad stay because the Gen Mgr. offered me a discount and asked me to return. I regret agreeing. The person who checked me in yesterday was aggressive and rude as hell. This morning, the front desk attendant gave me attitude at breakfast. I don’t pay to be treated with a nasty, rude, arrogant attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
