Every stay, the towels have been dirty, with other people’s hair on them. Every single time. Why should I have to inspect towels before washing my face or taking a shower? The front desk staff are rude too. A man there refused to help when I asked whether I could bring dirty towels down and exchange them. He got an attitude and said I couldn’t get the room because I was speaking badly about the property. Then he suddenly locked the front door, and when I rang the night window bell, he wouldn’t open it or speak to me. Terrible service. Check your towels and sheets before using anything, and only come here if you absolutely have to.

A doctor's office sent us here, and it was awesome.

I was relocated and this was the first place I stayed. David, the manager, was very professional and attentive to what I needed, and housekeeping was polite, caring, and top notch. I was temporarily moved to another property in the chain, but it wasn’t the same. I had the option of staying there or going back to Concord, and I chose Concord without hesitation. Very pleased with this property, and I definitely recommend David and his staff.

I was meant to stay for seven nights, but left after one. They gave me a room knowing the refrigerator didn’t work. The one in the next room was iced over and also not working properly. The morning desk person was rude and dismissive, said they couldn’t promise another room, and told me to check back after 3 pm. When I did, a different person was at the desk and had no idea what I was talking about. Those two stars are well earned.

The rooms were very clean and the area was really quiet, which was a nice change from the last hotel we stayed at. Given the price, I expected a run down place full of chaos, but that wasn’t what we found.
