Residence Inn Boston Concord

We stayed two nights just before New Year’s and would come back. The hotel is tucked into a suburban office complex that feels almost residential, with understated architecture, probably due to local zoning. It’s a roomy three-story place with lots of parking and the spacious rooms and usual features of a R.Inn. Daily room cleaning wasn’t available because of staffing, which is a minor drawback and seems pretty typical now. They did bring extra towels and bedding when we asked, and we tipped pretty generously. Breakfast was ordinary, not outstanding. I’m guessing holiday staffing was limited, but for the overall price, it was absolutely worth it.

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting family and have liked it a lot. The staff are friendly and do a great job. I especially want to thank Ruby at reception. My husband had a medical emergency in our room, and she called an ambulance and stayed with us. She even let me use her cell phone to talk with the EMS dispatcher while we waited for the EMTs. I never got another chance to thank her in person. My husband is fine now, and I hope we see Ruby next time we’re in the area.

The studio room was fantastic, with plenty of space, and the hotel was really nice. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was very good both mornings. We stayed for two nights and I’d highly recommend it. When traffic is light, Boston is about a 30 minute drive away.

Allison was fantastic to work with while I arranged a block of 12-15 rooms for September 2025. At the property, GM Grace and Manager Shane were just as helpful and accommodating. The Residence Inn Concord on Baker Ave is well run, with a nice lobby, clean spacious rooms, and easy parking in a good spot in Concord. It’s a solid alternative to the Colonial Inn if you don’t need the historic inn experience.
