La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conroe

This was our second stay in 2 years while visiting family in town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. There’s a hot breakfast, with decent, typical hotel breakfast hours, and we especially like the waffle maker. Having a Mexican Restaurant, McDonald's, and a gas station right next door is handy when you need a last-minute snack.

Tyler was great, and I loved the room’s Bluetooth speaker. The hot tub was awesome, and breakfast had a good variety at the bar. It was such a nice stay. We’ll come back for another girls get away!

The lobby is cute, and the staff were good. My room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was what you’d expect, and though I didn’t try the pool, it looked nice. I appreciated the outdoor smoking "lounge" with its comfy seating, plus the brightly lit parking lot at night. A nice stay for the price.

We’ve been staying at La Quinta’s in different Texas cities for the past 3 months, and the Conroe,Texas one was the nicest. It had already been remodeled, while the others were still being renovated. Breakfast also started at 6:30am on weekends, earlier than the 7 am start at the other locations. I loved the laminated floors instead of carpet, and the tub was the easiest to get into and out of. The hot water availability was the best of all of them too. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The fog area in back was lovely, and the property was quiet, with a nice wooded area that felt like the country.
