The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the place felt sketchy, with people hanging around. It looked like halfway housing, and the hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed. There’s only one way in and out of the building. I found both dead and live roaches in the room and on the bed. Luckily, I bring Lysol with me.

I’m disgusted by the active roach problem in this hotel, and I have photos as evidence. This is a serious health hazard, not just an appearance issue. When I showed management, they essentially said “too bad” because the booking was non-refundable. Charging guests for unsanitary, unsafe conditions is unacceptable, and hiding behind that policy when there are literal pests is unethical. A room should meet basic health and cleanliness standards, and this one doesn’t. Refusing a refund after seeing the proof makes me think this is a management problem, not an isolated incident. If you care about your health, money, or basic decency, don’t stay here. Save yourself the stress, disgust, and fight afterward.

I arrived earlier than expected and walked into the smallest lobby I’ve ever seen. At the counter, the clerk was talking through an earpiece and kept going while looking at me. Once she ended the call, I asked if I could check in early. She said there was a $25 fee, which Booking.com hadn’t mentioned, so I said I’d return at 3 p.m. Then I realized I needed the restroom and went back to ask. She was on another conversation and told me there were no public restrooms. I said I was a future guest, and she got rude and muttered under her breath. Right then, I canceled the reservation and booked a more decent hotel.

We had to stay here for a little over a year because of hardship. From the first day, the staff were friendly and understanding, went above and beyond for us, and made us feel welcome and safe. It felt like a family, with everyone looking out for each other. I’ll never forget what y’all did for my family and me. The rooms are as good as they can be for what you pay, and honestly, it’s a deal. Whether you need a safe place for a short stay or a long one, they’ll take care of you.
