Comfort Inn & Suites Conway

I had no complaints about the food or the room. The bed was super comfortable, and having carpet, a fridge, and a microwave was great. Breakfast was very good, and the indoor pool looked nice when I walked past, though I didn’t use it. For the price, I’d been a little worried about the hotel’s condition, but my room was great. My only small gripe was the snack selection: the vending machines had chips and soda, but no other basics. My friends were at a nearby hotel, so since I was leaving at 5 a.m., I picked up breakfast items and snacks there. I would’ve bought them here if they’d had them.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I thought the rate was fair. I was worried by the sign saying housekeeping only came every third day, but after my first night they came in, straightened the bed without making it, and replaced all the towels. I could tell they’d been in because they’d turned off the lights I’d left on. I usually put valuables away when housekeeping comes daily, and would have done that if I’d known they’d come in to change the towels. At check-in, Barbara didn’t look up until I spoke, even though she’d heard me come in with my suitcase. I had to ask her where the ice machine was and when breakfast started. I’m disabled and prefer not to stay on the ground floor, but only learned after checking in that the elevator was out and I’d be on the first floor. If I’d known beforehand, I would’ve booked somewhere else. Still, it was a decent stay overall.

Roaches were in my shoes and clothes when we got back from spending half an hour at the indoor pool with my daughters’ softball team. Room 202 was completely infested. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. Never again.

I spent four days here, and the price was less than one night at a cheap Utah hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with more options than you could imagine, unlike places that call a hard old muffin or Cheerios a free breakfast. The laundry machines were cheap and quick. In the exercise room, there was cold water to drink, and the powered equipment actually had working outlets. It’s a great place to stay. Don’t let the condition of the nearby buildings put you off.
