Home2 Suites by Hilton Conway, SC

Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and stress-free. We were surprised by some of the negative reviews because they didn’t match our experience at all. The hotel was spotless throughout, from the lobby and hallways to our room, and it’s clear the staff take pride in keeping it up. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional from beginning to end, making sure we had what we needed. We had a wonderful stay, would absolutely come back, and highly recommend this welcoming, well-run hotel to anyone looking for a clean place to stay.

Breakfast has been disappointing on both of my stays. The eggs were crunchy, and the only pastries had nuts, which I’m allergic to, so I was left with a waffle and ended up going out for breakfast. I first thought it might be because I went late, but it was the same when I went early. I really like Home2suites hotels and look for them when I travel. I’ve stayed at this one twice, and the rooms were clean as usual and the staff friendly. Spacious rooms are another draw for me, but breakfast is a big part of why I choose them, and this hotel needs to improve it.

The breakfast and dining area were better than we expected. The chef kept checking in with guests about the food and whether they needed anything. Both the welcome from the staff and the clean scent in the hallway on the way to our room stood out. Our room had been cleaned beyond what we expected, and its layout seemed well designed. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The pool and outdoor sitting area were nice, and we spent one evening around the fire. We were here for three nights, and the room was spacious. Everything felt clean and welcoming, smelled good, and breakfast was great all three mornings. It’s about 20-30 minutes to the beach and around 20 minutes to downtown Conway. When we come back to visit family, this will definitely be our go-to hotel. Everything about our stay was great.
