There were roaches everywhere, even in the fridge, and they need to deal with the infestation. We also had bed bugs, and I was still itchy and scratching four days later. We had to clean and disinfect the room ourselves just to feel a little comfortable. When we arrived, there was a lot of dog shit on the sidewalk outside the building, and the staff we met weren’t friendly. The room didn’t look like the photos at all, and we hadn’t known we’d be sharing it with other guests. There’s a little countertop burner, but no pots, pans, spoons, or anything, so bring your own. The beds were uncomfortable, and the noise from stomping and banging kept us awake for half the night. I tried to save money this time, and it was the worst sleep ever.

The front desk and housekeeping were friendly, and the place felt safe, warm, and convenient. It was mostly quiet, with comfortable, clean bedding and no lingering smells. The hot shower was good, clean white towels were replenished daily, and the heating unit worked well in the frosty weather. The lighting outside and in the halls made it easy to keep an eye on the surroundings. Once you think of it more like a condo than an extended stay, the all-inclusive utilities make sense. The pricing was fair.

The hotel is in a good area and looks nice, but I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be coming back. I booked through a third party, which I was told was the best option. The property management was nasty and unprofessional, lied, and showed no business integrity. They can look professional, but that doesn’t mean they know what they’re doing. The desk in the room is barely big enough for a laptop, with no extra space. They seem used to not having quality customers. It’s sad, because the hotel itself is nice.

We arrived to check in after booking online on August 25, only to be told the room wasn’t available. The front desk had a nasty attitude while I tried to explain what happened and wouldn’t listen. I called on August 26 to complain, but nobody responded. Two months later, I followed up about my refund and was told they wouldn’t return my money. Miss Ronalyn V didn’t resolve anything, and nobody on the team helped me get my money back. It’s unfair to list a room online and then say it isn’t available when you arrive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, from customer service to everything else.

Roaches were in the room, and the front desk said we had to stay there anyway. I spent the night getting bugs on me and left most of my things in the car. The TV power cable had been stolen, so there was no TV all night. People were living there and it was loud. I waited until morning to speak with a manager, who said she’d refund the room, but the refund never came. They don’t answer when I try to reach them, and their voicemail is full. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
