The Landmark Apartments

The maintenance guy is harassing residents, and the manager charges people for things they didn’t do. I work as a driver for a diesel company, and we use cat litter to clean up spills quickly. I left the empty container on the porch when I got home at 2:00 in the morning. The maintenance guy or manager took a picture and demanded another inspection, claiming I had a cat. He had been there in July and saw no cats, then demanded another inspection in September. There’s no right to live like this. Worst place ever.

The neighbors are respectful, and the area is very clean. I’ve lived here for six months. The apartment has good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and the rent is affordable.

There were cockroaches in the first unit I rented here when I moved in. I moved into a two-bedroom, and now there are termite tubes hanging from the ceiling in both bedrooms and the bathroom. Management knew about the termites but didn’t tell us before we moved in. Two months later, they still haven’t done anything about them.

I really appreciate how hard the maintenance team works. They respond fast, fix things properly on the first try, and are always respectful when they come into the apartment. Excellent service.
