The Emma Grace

We come to Cooper once a year to visit family, since our roots are here, and this was such a gorgeous place to stay right on the square. The owners are present and personal, and the whole experience was one of a kind. I’d never stayed at a bed and breakfast before, but this was five out of five stars, and we’ll definitely return. The beds were so comfortable, and our room’s AC got ice cold. You could adjust the fan in the room, and it made nice white noise. There are two indoor lounge and hangout areas, plus a beautiful courtyard with a fountain. EG’s breakfast was amazing, delicious, and different each morning we were there.

The breakfast was amazing, and Jennifer was really nice at check-in, showing me around, and during breakfast. We stayed in the The Moulin Rogue room, which was very, very nice. The location is great, with shops in walking distance and a coffee shop right next door. There’s a designated parking area for guests too. Loved everything about this bed and breakfast. Try it, you won’t regret it.

We’ve tried several different rooms and haven’t been disappointed in any of them. Breakfast is top notch, and the conversation is enjoyable. On every stay, we’ve appreciated the hospitality, helpfulness, and professionalism. We’re looking forward to our next visit to Emma Grace.

Breakfast was the highlight for us. Melissa was so sweet, and the food was divine, fresh, tasty, and even on the healthy side. We also found the restaurants within walking distance delicious. My boyfriend and I spent two nights here over Valentine's weekend while driving out to Ladonia during the day to hunt for fossils. Our Moulin Rouge room was cozy and romantic, and we liked the homey feel of the rooms. In the evenings, we made use of the board game selection in the upstairs lounge. Emma Grace is spectacular. We’ve told all our friends and will definitely be back.
