We came to Nashville for a birthday trip, and after I emailed ahead about the occasion, they upgraded us to a king corner room with city views. It was spacious and really nice, with panoramic views. The service was great, and everyone was kind and helpful. The location works well if you want somewhere quieter. Broadway is an easy, safe walk at night, at least on weekends. There’s a 7/11 down the street for snacks and drinks, plus a coffee shop right in the Hyatt lobby. Such a great stay!

The king deluxe room was huge, with a couch, work desk, table, and lots of space. It was spotless and modern, and I liked the look. The room was very quiet, with no noise from outside, other rooms, or the hallway. The bed was a 7/10 against my usual 8/10 baseline, while the pillows were 8/10. The bathroom was spacious and classy, with good counter space, a roomy shower, and acceptable water pressure. I didn’t use the amenities, and there wasn’t a bar rating for me, but the late-night pizza by the slice is a win. It’s walkable to the Gulch and a five-minute Uber ride from anywhere in the city.

I came down for my girls’ birthday trip, and it was amazing. Beck was exceptionally polite and did everything he could to help us, and the hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were clean throughout. I didn’t get to eat at the hotel, though other guests told me the food was very good. Broadway and the Gulch are both fairly close.

We’ve found all the staff welcoming and helpful, and the hotel has a lovely bar and lounge. It’s dog-friendly and in a very walkable spot, with delicious restaurants and cafes just a block or two away. The valet could use another person on busy evenings. At rush hour there may be just one attendant, so allow extra time to get your car.
