Getting clean towels was a daily hassle. I asked the front desk each day to replace the dirty ones while we were out, but came back to find that hadn’t happened. When I went down to ask for clean towels, the staff acted confused about why I wanted them. For what we paid for two rooms, the stay was pitiful. There was mold in the shower and under the refrigerator, a clump of hair in the shower drain, and a lamp in one room was broken with wires exposed. One room had coffee cups but no coffee pot, coffee, creamer, or sugar. The elevator worked going up, but on the way down it reached the ground floor and then took over a minute to open its doors. Wyndham needs to hold Blue Opel Hotels, LLC to a better standard.

We were in room 249 on 4/29/26. The phone was unplugged, and after we found the cord and plugged it in, we called the front desk about the problems. They said someone would come up, but nobody did. The room smelled awful when we arrived. We told the man at the desk, and he handed my man an aerosol spray. The sheets had huge stains, and there was a used washcloth left in the shower. Dirt and animal hair were gathered by the small fridge, and there was animal hair on the TV remote too. I owned my own cleaning company, so I find this diabolical. They’re supposed to have a cleaning crew, but these rooms are clearly not properly cleaned or sterile in any way.

Really nice stay. The room was clean and very big, and the lady who checked me in at night was fantastic, super friendly and nice. Thanks again. You can’t put a price on kind, friendly people. I’d recommend staying here.

Almost every hot tub had black mold or some other nasty problem. They look appealing for the price, but you get what you pay for. Disgusting place, incompetent staff, and awful customer service. DO NOT BOOK. I booked through Priceline with confirmed information, but the hotel couldn’t find it in its system. Instead of giving me the room I’d booked, they made me wait on hold while they tried to sort it out with Priceline. They insisted it was my fault for using a third party and said there was nothing they could do. The hotel agreed to sell rooms through that company, so blaming Priceline when its own system is flawed is a terrible way to treat a customer. This isn’t the first awful experience my company or I have had with these goons, but I don’t want to write a novel. They’ve lost a good chunk of business from us, and it’ll likely only get worse for this clown show.
