The hotel itself is just OK, and the customer service was about the same. At check-in I saw signs saying the elevators weren't working and asked for a first-floor room. They were all taken. I said I'd look for another hotel because my luggage was too heavy to carry up and down the stairs. The desk clerk offered to carry it, but another guest ended up doing that. Management's lack of apology or empathy is what bothers me. The elevators have been out since September 2025. People travel from all over the country, and staff may be used to it, but guests aren't necessarily OK with it. Saying, “we cant shut the hotel down because the elevators don’t work” is ignorant and unapologetic. They've had 6 months to plan how to help guests with luggage. Do better.

I've been a Diamond member for 3 years and chose the Hilton for the business traveler perks. I sometimes have to change where I'm staying, and I've never been charged for a cancellation before. I explained that to Danielle the manager, but she wouldn't accommodate my request. I'm frustrated and won't stay at that location anymore.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Hampton Inn in Greenwood Mississippi. The TV didn't work, and after we reported it, no one followed up. That was disappointing, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The hotel is a little dated, and the elevator was broken when we arrived. I persuaded the desk clerk to give us a first-floor room. She also hadn't been told that I'm a Bronze member and should receive complimentary water on arrival. We were only there one night, so it worked out. I'd stay again as long as the elevator is working.

Pretty good hotel, with truck parking on the other side of the fence. The elevator, though, hasn't worked for months.
