The staff did an excellent job, and I’d come back just for them. My stay was as expected, apart from uncomfortable pillows with stains and a laundry mix-up: I was given what was supposed to be quarters, but the $10 quarter row had only pennies and nickels. They do have an app that lets you get a free wash if you set up an account.

The fifth floor smelled, and the hotel was generally dirty and clearly in need of a lot of improvements. When we entered our room, the sheets looked used and had hairs on them. We left immediately. I didn’t want my wife and daughter sleeping in such a substandard room, and we didn’t want another room because the whole hotel seemed dirty. I’m trying to recover the two-night reservation, but haven’t been successful so far.

I stayed with my wife, and it was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The carpet looks like it holds 40 years of stains, and the smell was so bad I can still remember it. There were fecal remnants on the toilet seat from a previous guest and Dorito crumbs all over the floor beside the bed. The GM should not be running a business. Stay far away from this gross hotel.

I thought the bad reviews might be exaggerated, but this stay was a complete disappointment and a rip-off for the price. The reception area was acceptable; beyond it, the carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the smell was awful. The rooms were just as bad. There was only one person working, and I saw housekeeping just once during my three days. Do they not have enough staff to keep the place clean and presentable? Pay attention to the reviews.
