I came for the hospital and ended up staying four days instead of three. They were kind enough to let me keep the same room. After long days, it was relaxing to come back and unwind without worrying about the hotel. The staff were great, everywhere was clean, and the room was fantastic for this price range. Breakfast helped me get through those long days, and the 5:30 PM snack was really a meal, with lots of choices and drink tickets, all free. I only made it to dinner once, but it was very good. The location is handy for the University, hospital, and stadium, though I wish my reason for being nearby had been different.

The woman at the desk was really nice and took time to explain things to each guest. She even suggested a good place to eat to the older couple ahead of me. Inside, it’s spacious, with lots of outlets for charging and nice seats. My room was clean and pleasant, the pool was warm, and the hot tub was hot. They even have underground parking. I skipped breakfast, but it looked hot and good. The black coffee was great.

I came from Florida to visit family, and we had five rooms with extended family coming and going as they pleased. Jewel one staff member noticed our group growing and having a good time, and accommodated us. We appreciated it. The food and customer service were both great. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We had a problem with the heat, but the GM and front desk staff sorted it out before we even had to ask. Everyone was polite, friendly, and engaging. It’s also a great base for events nearby. The free breakfast buffet was basic, while the 530 kickback was a nice extra. I’d definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Kathryn, Quinn, and Joel did a wonderful job hosting on 12/28, when weather and holiday travel problems had filled the hotel. They stayed professional, kind, and helpful, serving everyone with smiles. Great job Drury!
