The room was so clean and cozy, and the veggie omelets at breakfast were fantastic. Justin, the general manager, went above and beyond to meet our association’s needs for its annual gathering. The meeting room worked just right for our group. Thanks, Justin, we really appreciate all the effort you put into making our stay such a good one.

Breakfast had very few choices, and the eggs were super dry, almost burnt. We were given room 100 on the first floor, right outside the side entrance. People coming and going kept slamming the door, so we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. The room was also cold despite setting the window unit to warm, and it never got warm enough in winter weather below 20 degrees outside. The shower pressure was poor too. We won’t stay here again.

I couldn’t check in through the app after arriving just past midnight on May 29-30, so I went to the front desk and knocked and rang the bell several times for a few minutes before anyone came out. The person told me there were no rooms, though I drove around and saw more than half the parking spaces empty. It didn’t seem plausible, and it felt like they just didn’t want to let me in. I couldn’t register online because it was already after midnight and the app wouldn’t let me check in for that night. I couldn’t tell if the employee was a man or woman. They wore glasses, had short hair, were about 5’6” and around 330 pounds. I’ll add this: if your security cameras can’t show a white BMW X3 with a trailer carrying a motorcycle, parked poolside next to a pickup truck and a red Audi, I’m sorry, but it’s no surprise you have employees like that.

I’ve been here over a week and wish I could switch hotels. The sign saying staff are out helping guests stays up all evening, but nobody is out helping. Breakfast has been a mess. The first morning was okay, nothing special, and the second day I came down at 9:05 to find it all cleared away. My mistake, it ends at 9. Today I came down at 8:30 and waited with coffee while a group of teenage volleyball players went ahead of me. When they cleared out, I went for food with five minutes left before 9, but everything had been shut down and taken away. The woman looked at me and quickly walked off. The staff are incredibly rude. I’ve never seen a motel remove breakfast early when the place is still packed. We won’t be back.
