After only three hours, I had to check out because I couldn’t safely stay there, and management still refused a refund. A neighbor, drunk and shouting outside my room for seven hours, threatened my life several times. Management did nothing, even after calling the police; they let the neighbor return to making threats and raging. There was a cockroach in the room too. I have photos, though Google won’t let me upload them right now, so I’ll try again later. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never dealt with anything like this. This place is dangerous and disgusting, and management clearly didn’t take my safety seriously. It’s the worst hotel for miles, overpriced and not worth more than $30. I want people to stay safe and avoid it.

There were several cockroaches in my room. I told the front desk, but they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me. The place is filthy and badly managed. I’ll be contacting the Corning health department and corporate. If pests wouldn’t be acceptable in your home with children, why is it okay for a hotel to have them? Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, and we slept peacefully. We arrived late, and the young lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. We’ve stayed at a Vagas hotel, and this was much nicer. I’d stay here again next time.

The room had a few basic problems. The TV didn’t work, and breakfast was a joke. The shower fan squealed so loudly I couldn’t use it. The carpet needed cleaning, and if you prefer a tub to a shower, forget it. The mini fridge needed defrosting. The microwave is balanced on top of it and slips when you open it, so it could fall. Both appliances should be on a table, not the floor.

I woke up itching with multiple bites, then saw a bed bug crawling on my shirt. This happened in room #106, and I’d also been getting bitten the previous night in room# 110. My service dog was getting bitten too. The owner and management don’t care, and Wyndham didn’t care when I called. I’m contacting the health department and want this place shut down and tented.
