I was in town for work and was so glad I chose The Leonard at Logan House. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time, and slept incredibly well in the comfortable rooms. The relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and kind, welcoming hosts made me feel at home right away. The food was outstanding, especially the home-cooked options and the snack area. This stay made my trip better, and I’ll definitely be back!

Ken and Ruth were friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The breakfast was unlike anything we’d had elsewhere, elegant, creative, and delicious. We also loved the many inviting, comfortable common spaces, all kept in good shape. Our room was beautiful, roomy, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, good lighting, and an oversized chair that was perfect for reading. The neighborhood was fun to explore on foot, with lots of places to eat nearby. We loved our time at The Leonard on Logan.

We came to see friends and family, and the Grand Duke was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I especially liked the original built-in closets and how the historic home’s charm has been preserved. The location was ideal, close to so many things to see and do. Ken and Ruth are wonderful hosts, and the food was truly five-star. I hope Ruth puts together a cookbook someday. Well done!

Hotels often feel sterile, but staying at the Leonard felt like being at home. We were able to relax in a way we hadn’t before. Next time we’re in Grand rapids, we’ll absolutely come back and won’t even look anywhere else.

The homemade treats and snacks were always there, and breakfast the next morning was amazing. Our room was spotless, lovely, and comfortable, too. From the warm personal welcome to the beautiful house and its location, everything felt high quality. We were also pleasantly surprised by how close we were to good restaurants and beautiful homes. Don’t miss this gem.
