The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the room smelled musty and needs some TLC. Some hallway carpet was stained and dirty, worse in person than in the pictures. The shower is open, so water stays by the entrance and leaks onto the floor. The TV was small, hard to see from the chair in the corner. Check-in was quick and the clerk was really friendly. There’s lots of seating in the lobby, with a bar next to the hotel restaurant. The surrounding area has nothing much: no restaurants, supermarkets, or even a gas station within walking distance. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but bring a vehicle if you stay here. My company picks our locations, and I don’t know why we keep staying at this one.

The people in the room next door kept messing with the connecting door and were loud and obnoxious all night. I could still hear them talking and yelling when I got up at 3 a.m. I only stayed for the extended parking, but I’ll gladly pay more somewhere else next time. The rooms are dated. There was mold in the shower, and the carpet looked old and dirty. The bathroom lock didn’t work, and the aTV looked about 20 years old. Furniture in the main lounge was grimy and worn.

The shuttle was right on schedule and very convenient. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff were polite. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

This hotel was our home base for my son’s wedding. I was treated first class, and the room was first rate. They ran shuttles for the ceremony and reception. Absolutely no complaints.

The hotel and staff are fine, but the bar really disappointed me. It was 5 p.m. on a Saturday, when it was supposed to open, and there was no bartender. When I asked at the front desk what was going on, an employee came out and said he could pour us beers but couldn’t serve liquor. We ended up leaving for Broadleaf. I’m really annoyed because I had food and beverage vouchers and couldn’t use them.
