Rodeway Inn & Suites Corona

The location was good, with quick freeway access and a quiet area, and the rooms had been newly remodeled. Everything on that side was fine. But the management is reprehensible, especially Dany, the hotel manager. He and his family live there, and he acts as if he's renting out part of his family home rather than running a public hotel. He shouldn't impose personal rules at a public establishment. He and his family shouldn't be living there and kicking guests out over something he didn't like.

I checked in around 7 p.m. and was heading home shortly after. As soon as I opened the door, I knew I'd made a mistake. Roaches ran across the floor, and there was a foul, awful stench. In room 211, my black light showed things so disturbing and vile that I questioned whether I was really seeing them. The bed was so full of roaches the sheets looked like they were moving. The walls and floors looked awful under the light, and the dust was so thick it seemed the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I left. The front desk guy just shrugged, took my key, and sat back down. No apology, no offer to return my money. No wonder they have a zero-refund policy. I booked through super.com and regret not reading these reviews first. Super.com said it wasn't their problem and told me to contact the hotel. I'm filing a complaint with the city health department. I hope people looking for a room read these reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE. Any Motel 6 is better than this dump. I hope the city takes charge and does something about this place. You should all be ashamed for offering it. #NEVERAGAIN

The outside looked nice, but the room was in bad shape. There were pee and random stains on the mattress, and it looked like someone had already been sleeping there, with the sheets left at the edge of the bed. I only noticed how disgusting the mattress was after I'd slept on it. There was writing all over the walls, and the bathroom door was broken.

There is a pool, at least, but parking is limited and the outlets are loose. They advertise breakfast, but there wasn't any, which sucked. The rooms smell funky too. I was glad I brought my own deodorizer.
