The breakfast was easily the worst part: there were only waffles from a machine that was clogged at first, coffee without any creamer even when we asked, poor cereal choices, and orange juice that looked artificial despite the machine saying it was 100% juice. There were unused stoves that could have been used for eggs or bacon. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. We had a toilet problem when we arrived, and there was no TV remote, though I figured a previous guest may have taken it. The elevator looked really sketchy.

I wouldn't book here again. The room itself was clean, but patches on the walls were coming apart. The location was OK. They call it continental breakfast, but it was mostly carbs: cereal, bagels, waffles, toast and muffins. I couldn't find any coffee, and the stuff provided in the room was crap.

Jay and the rest of the staff were so kind and ready to help. We needed extra towels, and room service brought them up really fast. The room was clean, organized, and looked and smelled brand new. Breakfast was amazing, especially the waffle maker that makes waffles shaped like Texas. I loved staying here and will definitely come back with my daughter and friends.

After more than two months of waiting, I still haven't received the refund I was promised, which is why I'm writing this. I booked for March, and at check-in their payment system seemed to have an issue. They took $176 from my account, then said the payment hadn't gone through and my card had declined. It had declined because they'd already taken the money, but after I showed them my bank account, they checked us in anyway. Five minutes after we entered the room, a huge roach came out from one bed and went under the other. My family and I left immediately, and the front desk said they'd process a refund for the inconvenience. I know from working in hotels for three years that a refund can take a week or two, so I waited. Nothing came. I called every other day, but kept being told the manager wasn't there and to try again tomorrow or later. After weeks, customer support gave me the manager's email. We've been in touch, and he said the refund was being processed, but a month after that, I still hadn't received it. I've worked as a front desk agent and supervisor, so I know how this is supposed to work. Their lack of communication and help has made me extremely upset. I've never had this much trouble at another hotel. This place feels like a scam. Don't stay here if you don't want to deal with roaches and money being taken without a refund.
