It's budget friendly, and my clean room came well furnished with towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The A/C worked well. My only real issue was the USB ports, which worked only sometimes. There are quiet spots to relax, plus a pool, gym, laundry facilities, and plenty of parking. Breakfast is offered, but get there early if you want much; otherwise, it's cold cereal and muffins. I'm not a Hilton gal or a Motel 6 chick, and this place suited me just fine. I'd recommend it.

The shower was probably the best hotel shower I've ever had, and breakfast was excellent. The breakfast area upstairs has a 270-degree view. We also had floor-to-12-foot-ceiling windows looking out over the bridge and harbor. Friendly staff, great stay, 5+!

The rooms are good, and the staff are friendly. There are two large BBQ grills behind the building for anyone who likes to grill, and kitchens are available to use. Breakfast is always good. The bathrooms are a little small, but that's not a deal breaker. If you work at a nearby refinery, you can't beat the location.

Roxie, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to track down an item I'd left behind and keep it safe until we returned. Thank you, Roxy! The room was clean as well. We couldn't use the pool, but it looked beautiful.

The little girl who works evenings was very sweet and made check-in and our problems go more smoothly. Breakfast was decent, but the beds were so uncomfortable that I couldn't get a good night's sleep. The hotel was noisy, housekeeping didn't seem to clean thoroughly, and it was frustratingly hard to get clean bath towels. On the first night, the power kept cutting in and out, so I barely rested. I hope management deals with these issues because this place could be much better.
