The front desk staff member was really kind, and the building looked nice from outside. The room was another story: there were stains on the bed and in the bathroom. When I called, she apologized and said the head housekeeper would come fix it. Instead, the housekeeper was rude and muttered about “entitlement.” Wanting a clean bed isn’t unreasonable. I’d avoid staying here if you don’t want to sleep somewhere dirty and be made to feel small.

Saturday night was peaceful, and we had a lovely view. The front desk staff were amazing. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if cleanliness matters to you.

The pool was clean and really nice, and having a full-size fridge was handy. Our room was a good size, the AC worked well, and we slept soundly without hearing doors slam. The place is well sealed against noise. The location worked great for us, about 15 minutes from downtown and the beach, and there was plenty of parking. At check-in, we had a small room issue, but the front desk handled it quickly and everything was fine after that. The room seemed very clean, including the microwave and fridge, though the floor could have used a sweep and a mop. For the price, it felt like a good value, and I’d stay again.

Everyone was kind, the service was great, and I liked the amenities. The room looked surprisingly nice and clean at first glance. But after we’d been gone for about half an hour, we came back to find a huge cockroach on the table. If you bring snacks or eat in the room, apparently you need to clean up, put food in the fridge, and take your trash out yourself. Finding that bug really put a damper on the stay and changed how clean I thought the place was.

Having an EV charging station was a convenient extra, and the hotel’s location made getting around the area easy. Nancy at the front desk made the stay especially good. She welcomed me warmly, handled check-in smoothly, and paid attention to what I needed. Her kindness really made a difference. It’s those helpful details and the great staff that made the experience stand out. I had a wonderful stay, and Nancy made it memorable. Thanks to her!
