Since management changed, this place has really gone downhill. I’ve stayed here for years, but the rooms are so humid now that the beds and our clothes feel damp, and they smell like mildew. This morning the elevators weren’t working, and nobody had told guests. When I called, they said to use the stairs, which took us outside into the rain instead of to the lobby. There was no one to help with our bags, so we had to drag them down and out ourselves. I hate this hotel. It’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed.
