The only thing that went wrong was the shower, since I couldn't get any hot water for some reason. Aside from that, everything was great, from check-in to parking. It was quiet, and close to everything I needed during my vacation. I'd definitely stay here again.

We booked through a third-party site, Kayak/Priceline/value booking, whose photos made the place look decent. The reality was nowhere close. We arrived around midnight and went straight to bed, but when I tried to shower, barely any water came out. It kept running all night, and the shower wouldn't drain. We shut the door and tried to sleep, worried it might overflow. Who wants to bathe in standing water? When I called the front desk, they insisted I didn't know how to use the shower. By then, we'd had enough. At checkout I asked for compensation because the listing seemed misleading. They told me I should be happy with the rate I got. Lesson learned, never again. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. The one morbid fact is that this is the hotel where Selena died. RIP. Poor thing. She and I both deserved a better place to rest. The building needs to be demolished or rebuilt, but it will probably keep drawing unsuspecting bargain hunters as a tourist trap. The people walking around and apparently running the place seemed super shady. Buyer beware.

We stayed one night, and our car was broken into. Money we needed for the trip home was stolen. The room also had roaches and hair on both the bed and in the tub. I don't recommend this place at all.

Housekeeping knocked on our door an hour and a half before checkout. The room itself wasn't worth $100 a night: hair was everywhere, including the bathroom floor, tub, and under the stands with the hair ties. The floors looked uncleaned, the wall paint was peeling, and the door had no security lock. I've paid half as much at other motels and had far better rooms. Highly do not recommend!
