Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County by IHG

The room felt a little dated and could use a refresh, which is why I rated the room four stars. Still, the shower was fantastic, with strong pressure and properly hot water, the thing that matters most to me. My wife and I stayed at Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County by IHG last week and really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast had lots of high-quality choices. Parking is convenient, right next to the 405 highway, but it isn’t free. What stood out most was the team: everyone we met was warm, professional, and ready to help. Their attention and smiles made the stay feel special. Shoutout to Alexander and the breakfast attendant for taking such good care of us. I’d happily stay again.

The toilet was absurdly low, and I’ve never commented on a toilet at any other place I’ve stayed before. You’ll get wet using it, whether you’re male or female. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel for a fair price. The rooms are spacious and clean, and despite the busy surrounding area, the location itself was quiet.

Alexander made the return decision easy. He greeted me respectfully, got me checked in quickly, and explained the simplest way to find my room. Before we wrapped up, he thoughtfully asked if I needed anything else that evening. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking felt a bit expensive, but everything else was great.

Alexander at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and the location was great. The room was decent and comfortable, though the property feels a little outdated. Even with all the lamps on, the room was still pretty dark, so the lighting could be better. Overall, I had a good stay.
