The room had a dirty table, a bathroom fan coming loose, and a bathtub in poor shape. The comforter had pulled threads that looked like claw damage, and a dog barked at 3 a.m. There was also a fire alarm that kept beeping now and then, apparently from a low battery. The hotel allows pets, and you could tell. Getting checked in was frustrating too. The desk clerk tried to charge a different rate from the one I booked online, but I caught it before the payment went through. He said he’d checked that my room was ready, but the housekeeper was still cleaning it when I got there. I waited about half an hour, until she started mopping, then went back to the desk. He gave me the room next door. I know it’s not a five-star hotel and didn’t expect luxury, but the place felt dirty and run-down. I’m glad I only stayed one night, and I don’t think I’ll return.

For the past two months, this place has felt like home, and my stays have been peaceful. The staff have always gone out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The manager is professional and took time to make me feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The kitchen set isn’t kept in the room, so you have to request it if you want to cook, and there’s an extra $50 deposit to use one. There’s also a $50 incidental deposit. I stayed two nights; for the price, it was okay, nothing fancy. The building still looks old despite the updates. You get what you pay for.

I’ve been here two weeks, and it’s been quiet, with no bugs that I’ve seen. The room is spacious and clean, the staff are amazing, and the price is pretty good. Manager Harry greets me with a smile and a “good morning.” So far, every experience here has been positive.
