I stopped for a night on my way to Central Kansas. It was quiet and enjoyable because the hotel wasn’t busy, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and polite. My King room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The sheets were worn in a few spots, and there were no cups or microwave in the room, but I could heat dinner in the microwave near the front desk. Breakfast had a good range: scrambled eggs with cheese and condiments, crispy bacon, breads and bagels, a pancake machine with lots of toppings, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and green apples. Coffee, including regular and decaf, and several teas were available all day by the front desk. The fitness center was a good size with several machines, and there’s a water bottle filler just outside. WiFi worked well in both the room and lobby, and the hotel is convenient to I-35 and other major highways. I’d definitely stay again if I need a night in OKC.

Tru by Hilton was a solid OKC stay: clean, quiet, and free of those weird smells, you know the ones 😂. The rooms are simple but comfortable, breakfast was good, and parking was easy. Staff took care of everything smoothly. It’s not fancy, but after a long day, a bed is what you need. 👍🏼

We only stayed the one night, but it was a nice visit and we’ll be back. The room was modern and clean, and the water pressure was perfect, despite some negative comments about it. The water got nice and hot, and I loved the soaps. Breakfast was wonderful: boiled and scrambled eggs, Polish sausage, pancakes with syrups, bagels and jelly, hot and cold cereal, juices, coffee, and several creamers.

There was lots of space in the lobby to sit and spend time, with shuffleboard and board and card games too. The front desk guy was friendly and funny when we arrived, and our room and the rest of the hotel were clean. Breakfast had tons of choices and felt very different from the usual free hotel spread. The pancake machine was a hit 😂. It’s close to shopping and hospitals, with easy highway access. I’d stay again, 10 out of 10.

Things were going well until my car was damaged in the front parking lot by the door. I told the staff, but they wouldn’t give me the number for the person I needed to speak with. I was told she’d call, and that never happened. I texted customer support to say I was still waiting, and they replied that parking is at your own risk. I’m home now with a damaged car that costs more to fix than my entire stay, and still no call from the manager or RGM, whoever she is. Apparently customers aren’t worth a basic courtesy. Don’t bother calling me now. Also, Expedia’s photos need updating. The breakfast area doesn’t have the variety shown there.
