My son was in the children's hospital, so I only came back to the inn around 10pm. More than once, I got yelled at when I asked for clean bath towels. The manager said rudely that it was too late and inconvenient to do the job. After the second time, I left. I was already dealing with enough while caring for my son without being yelled at over someone doing their job.

The parking lot behind the building is kept up and well lit, which helped it feel safe in such a populated area. I also found every interaction with the staff friendly and professional. They were kind and accommodating, and it’s clear they care about the property and community. I’ve had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that treats people well.

They were friendly, understanding, and flexible, and I’d stay here again. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge and microwave. It’s very close to OU.

We picked this place because it was so near the ou hospital, but the location felt sketchy and the room was awful. It smelled really bad, the fridge and microwave were dirty with things still inside, and food was scattered across the floor. We left instead of staying. Spend a little more and go somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down.

The man working downstairs was really nice, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s a quiet place, and they helped us out for free thanks to OU hospital. This place was a lifesaver, five stars for sure.
