Cleanliness gets five stars from me. I picked this place for the reviews mentioning a soft, comfy bed and a nice shower, and I liked the blackout shades and the room’s feel without ugly carpet. I brought my large dog with no issues. Not bad for a three-star hotel.

After a long day driving, I checked in very late, at 12:45 a.m., using my digital key. The room was comfortable and True had everything I needed. I did have an issue with my stay, which I reluctantly raised with Danielle at the front desk and her manager. They sorted it out immediately and went above and beyond. I’m grateful, and I know they’ll use my feedback to improve their process. Oklahoma customer service shines through. Thanks for helping as I traveled through OKC on my way across the country to start a new chapter for my family.

I stayed three nights. The rooms were okay, but the front desk experience was disappointing. At times nobody was at reception because staff were outside smoking. Some of the employees who were there came across as rude and unfriendly. Not everyone was like that, but two or three front desk workers didn’t seem welcoming at all. The last person who helped me left the worst impression, and that’s unfortunately what I remember most about the hotel.

The hotel itself was fine, with an updated lobby and rooms, plus a comfortable bed and a good-sized shower in the double room we chose. The location was a major drawback. A fence separates it from a gas station, which was our view; the other side faces another hotel. There’s also a large homeless population nearby. That’s not a criticism of homeless people, but there were so many people around that I felt I had to stay alert and couldn’t let my guard down.
