Breakfast was better than expected, and even though my husband got up late, the staff let him grab food while they were cleaning up after closing. That was kind of them. The ladies restroom also had a basket of personal products, a thoughtful touch even though I didn't need anything. We arrived at 2 am and the front desk was polite and friendly. The room was just right and had no odd smells, so I didn't need to light my hotel candle. The checkout crew was pleasant too. We didn't have time for the pool or workout, though I'm sure they were up to the same standard. This was the best hotel we've stayed at in a while.

Heather greeted me at the front desk on Sunday, 11/2/25. She was respectful, pleasant, and witty. My room was clean and had what I needed, including a Keurig, which I appreciated. Breakfast was adequate, with a nice range of food for an average American eater or a carnivore. I had a very fine stay and look forward to coming back.

The breakfast spread was sumptuous, the WiFi robust, and the staff pleasant. Rooms were quiet, clean, and well equipped, with two pillow sizes to choose from. The price was competitive, too. We travel often, and this is one of the finest hotels we've stayed in. This is how hotels should be!

After a five-hour drive, we arrived to learn our reservation had been canceled and the room given to a higher-paying customer. The front desk showed no concern that we had nowhere to stay and offered no help finding another room. They just said, "well, you booked through someone else, we can't help you". Be careful booking this hotel through a third party. I'll never stay at one of their locations again.

My first hotel trip with my toddler went well, and the staff and other guests were so kind to us. He has loads of energy and loves being on the go. We stayed two nights while visiting Des Moines for the fair, and the hotel crib worked perfectly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast had good options both mornings, with fun extras for cereal, oatmeal, and waffles. The pool area looked nice, but the floor was so slick that I worried about my on-the-go son. The water started out very cold and smelled strongly of chlorine, which lingered on your skin. The shower water also felt really hard and left my skin feeling weird, like I almost needed another shower. Still, we had a very nice trip and I'd recommend staying here.
