On the third floor, I found human and pet hair on the bedding, and the carpet was so dusty it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The bathroom sink hadn't been wiped either, with foundation spills left on the counter. I also got bed bug bites, and they itch. I'm obviously not staying there again. If you do take a chance, bring flip-flops so you don't have to step on the floor. Good luck.

The rest of the room was clean, but I found old socks in the pull-out sofa bed. The sofa furniture was dated, and the sofa bed mattress was very old and needed replacing.

For a business trip, this was a little gem in Cotulla. After busy days, the front desk staff were so kind and courteous that I felt calmer. My room was spacious and very clean, and housekeeping was wonderful. I usually skip hot breakfast, but the yogurt, fruit, and little guilty-pleasure danishes hit the spot.

We had a good stay on Jan 18th and 19th, and the room was clean. The night clerk greeted us with a smile and was courteous; the morning clerk was friendly and helpful too. I believe their names were Erica and Vanessa.

The rooms are spacious and even have pull-out couches. Breakfast has the basics, scrambled eggs and either pork or sausage patties, plus three cereals, bread, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The lemonade in the dispenser was a real bonus in the summer heat. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the staff were friendly. It's a nice, quiet spot to rest, and I'll definitely stay again.
