The manager and staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and quiet. You can walk to nearby places to eat, and the rates are very reasonable. People judge the place too quickly by its looks. If you’re passing through, the rooms and prices are hard to beat.

I was quoted $25 a night at the front desk and asked for two nights with a late checkout. The next day, I got a call saying I hadn’t checked out and that my things were in the office. The guy charged me $50 for one night, saying I hadn’t paid attention to the sheet I signed. He offered another night for $25. Another guest told me they were paying $25 a night, and when I brought that up, the front desk guy confirmed it but said he’d charged me $50. The room was okay at $25, but not $50. Motel 6 costs less and is a better hotel. Never again. Beware.

The rate didn’t match what was advertised, and none of the three Wi-Fi networks would connect. There was standing water on the bathroom floor, plus mice and huge roaches. I’d booked for two days but checked out after just eight hours when I saw them. They didn’t refund me and wouldn’t...

I ended up here on the spur of the moment. The woman at the window was very nice, and the room was otherwise cozy, but it needs updating. There was no hand soap and the shower dispensers were empty. I’ll come back, but I’ll bring my own supplies.
