We'd stayed here once before and had a really nice room with no problems, so we came back. This time the AC was broken. We called down for a fan or something, since the room was 71, and were told to open a window. While my husband was carrying things to the car, my daughter and I were lying in the room with the door shut, waiting. Someone working there swung the door open and left it open. My husband came back to find it that way. It was 11:28. We won't stay again. The location is great if you want to gamble, and the pool was very fun and clean.

My King bed room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, with a great bed, a refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of lighting. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made a good first impression. Staff were friendly, professional, and took extra care to make sure my stay went smoothly. The complimentary breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold choices, and the dining area was clean and inviting. The hotel is near restaurants and shopping, with easy interstate access, yet it still felt relaxed and quiet. Check-in and checkout were quick and hassle-free, much appreciated after a long travel day. This stay exceeded my expectations. The staff clearly take pride in the property and making guests feel welcome. I'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the Council Bluffs or Omaha area.

We were very content with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with basic amenities including a mini fridge and microwave, and we didn't see any bugs or pests. Breakfast each morning tasted good, and you could make your own waffles. The pool was really clean, and we had fun there. The hot tub was relaxing and a good depth. We really enjoyed the stay.

The business center was a big help since I needed to print several documents while traveling. The hotel also has an indoor pool and hot tub open from 10am to midnight, guest laundry at $1.50 per wash/dry load, and quarters you can buy at the front desk for the machines. There's a lot nearby, including restaurants and shops, plus the convention center and casino just a stone's throw away. The dryer needs maintenance, probably cleaning out the vent. It took three cycles to get my small load dry. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is excellent value for the money.
