I never stayed at the hotel Booking.com reserved for me. The place was nasty, disgusting, and dangerous, with sink pipes lying on the floor. I sent a refund request with photos over a week ago and was charged without authorization. I have pictures of everything. If my money isn't refunded within 24 hours, I'll report the hotel and Booking.com to my bank and to the Better Business Bureau in my area, and I'll contact the legal authorities.

The listing and phone information said the place was pet friendly, but when we arrived from several states away, they refused to check us in. We're military, and the staff gave us a substantial attitude while turning us away.

The front office staff were courteous, housekeeping was fantastic, and the rooms were clean. The property felt safe, too. Nothing negative to report. If you're visiting, this is the place to stay.

We'd been there for over two weeks without a complaint until April 2, 2024. The phones didn't work, and guests weren't told about things happening nearby. The water was shut off for two hours, but no one from the hotel came around or called the rooms to let residents know. Maintenance also came to rooms to do construction without notice. When I raised the lack of notice with management, the man and woman who apparently manage the place yelled at me and said we could go somewhere else. They also threatened to call the police because I complained. I have video of them yelling and acting extremely unprofessionally. Managers should be more understanding of people going through tough times, especially when they're paying over $80 a night just to have a roof over their heads. I'll never stay here again, and I don't recommend it.
